Carolina Pinzon is 3D Artist and Modeler who graduated from the University of Central Florida. She had been exposed to art and technology during her whole life through her parents, as her mother is a sculptor and her father has a masters in computer science. She had always been encouraged to pursue her creative interests which includes reading, drawing, and writing short stories. Problem solving and puzzles have intrigued her and is why she is eager to tackle some of the more technical aspects of animation. She has been influenced by both of her parents interests, her mothers interest in art and her fathers in technology, and made it into something of her own.

Artist Statement
I am a 3D artist who creates digital dreamscapes that bring fantasy to the viewers with a whimsical touch. My interest began at childhood as an avid reader submerged into the worlds of novels creating visuals based on my imagination. This was also true at night while I would sleep, the surreal and fantasy collide to create whimsical spaces and experiences. My work aims to defy the real world and release the creative potential of the unconscious mind in a way that others can explore and enjoy.
